At GLAwards.org, we strive to provide exceptional recognition services through our award evaluations, digital certificates, and professional acknowledgments. As a digital-only platform, we do not offer physical products, and our policies reflect this.
Eligibility for Refund
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of payment. After this period, we are unable to process refunds.
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

The applicant formally requests to withdraw their application within the eligible timeframe.

The request is made via email to info@glawards.org with proof of payment and reason for the withdrawal.
All applications are carefully evaluated by our panel before approval, and considerable time and effort go into processing each submission.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed after deducting a 40% administrative and processing fee. The remaining amount will be returned via the original method of payment within 30 business days from the date of refund approval.
Please note:

Refunds will not be granted if services have already been substantially rendered or completed.

Refund requests will not be entertained while an active dispute is open with a third-party payment processor. Applicants must resolve or cancel any such disputes before a refund can be considered.
Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of our work, the following services are non-refundable:

Applications that have been fully evaluated and approved.

Digital certificates or professional letters that have already been issued.

Services availed under special promotions or discounted offerings.
False Claims and Misrepresentation
To maintain the integrity of our platform, we reserve the right to reject refund requests based on misrepresentation, including but not limited to:

Attempts to falsely label official communication as phishing or scam.
Applicants found engaging in such activities may be permanently disqualified from future consideration for awards or memberships through GLAwards.org and our affiliate networks.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period:

Check your original payment method or bank account.
