Selection of Finalists:
- Finalists selected during the third week of every month.
- Selection committee shortlists candidates for the award.
- Finalists selected from the 15th to the 21st of every month.
Decision Making:
- Final decision made during the last week of every month.
- Committee deliberates and selects the award recipient.
- Decision made from the 22nd to the last day of every month.
Announcement:
- Winner announced during the last week of every month.
- Award recipient notified and publicly announced.

- Multiple nominations for the same individual from different participants are permitted.
- Self-nominations are not allowed.
