The initiative is projected to generate $75 million in annual revenue, driven by enhanced plan adoption, fraud prevention, and superior user engagement. The platform’s accessibility-first design, including live transcription and voice-first features, has empowered seniors and differently-abled users, advancing AT&T’s commitment to digital inclusion and accessibility.
Before his tenure at AT&T, Rohit contributed to Verizon’s cloud modernization and financial operations strategy, where he introduced data-driven accountability models to optimize technology budgets and improve infrastructure resilience. His work resulted in significant cost reductions while ensuring systems remained sustainable, reliable, and aligned with long-term business priorities.
Rohit also played a key role at Fidelity Investments, where he led agile programs to launch the Fidelity Advantage Pooled Employer Plan (PEP) under the SECURE Act.
