At AT&T, Rohit has been a driving force behind the groundbreaking AI Digital Receptionist initiative, an innovation that integrates voice AI and 5G technology to transform customer interactions. Leading multiple agile teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists, he successfully delivered a product that now serves over five million users through Cricket Wireless, with expansion plans across AT&T’s 150-million-customer base. The initiative is projected to generate $75 million in annual revenue, driven by enhanced plan adoption, fraud prevention, and superior user engagement. The platform’s accessibility-first design, including live transcription and voice-first features, has empowered seniors and differently-abled users, advancing AT&T’s commitment to digital inclusion and accessibility.
Before his tenure at AT&T, Rohit contributed to Verizon’s cloud modernization and financial operations strategy, where he introduced data-driven accountability models to optimize technology budgets and improve infrastructure resilience. His work resulted in significant cost reductions while ensuring systems remained sustainable, reliable, and aligned with long-term business priorities.
Rohit also played a key role at Fidelity Investments, where he led agile programs to launch the Fidelity Advantage Pooled Employer Plan (PEP) under the SECURE Act. This pioneering platform made retirement benefits accessible to small and mid-sized businesses, expanding financial inclusion for more than a thousand employers and over 250,000 participants across the U.S.

Rohit holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Northwestern Polytechnic University, California, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from VNR VJIET, Hyderabad.
